On December 12th, 2012, the premiere Destiny Summit was held with the theme, “Excellence To The Glory Of God”, in the East York district of Toronto. Convened by Destiny Harvest in association with Silvertrust Media and Planet Africa Group, the event was also aimed at launching a new integrated television, publishing, design and multimedia studio.

Holding the event on the 12th day of the 12th month of the 12th year of the first century of the third millennium is very significant. “The function brought together professionals and business people to share the Word, success strategies and principles of leadership and excellence based on Christian precepts,” says Moses A. Mawa, Founder of Destiny Harvest.

Twelve is the number of completeness, perfection and harmony. Instances include the twelve apostles of the Jesus; the woman He cured after hemorrhaging for twelve years (Luke 8:40); the splendor of the twelve precious stones of the celestial city of the new heaven and the new earth (Revelation 21:19-20); the twelve stones Moses set at the altar of the alliance (Exodus 24:4); the twelve names engraved on the pectoral (Exodus 28:21); and the twelve stones of the altar of Elijah (1 Kings 18:31).
Prayer, worship and prophetic declarations were rendered for signs and wonders in the destinies of the business leaders, ministers of the Word, youth and all others in attendance as well as their loved ones. It was a time for circumstances to be aligned for the fulfillment of individual and corporate purpose in the lives of the beloved.

Destiny Summit was the platform for the dedication of the new studio, where Destiny Harvest, Silvertrust Media and Planet Africa Group will conduct print, broadcast, online and other productions. The dedication was led by Dr. Samuel Muyiwa Mepaiyeda, Pastor at Fountain of Life Church. Testimonies were shared by delegates, who are part of various ministries, to strengthen their faith and to let people know that breakthroughs are possible though Christ the King.
